everything was wonderful from the minute we arrived until we left. Our room was beautiful and luxurios, the staff were exceptional. we had an amazin time for our honeymoon. the atmosphere was so comfy and classy, like a dream.

the prices are really high and maybe the food portions are a bit too small for my liking.

We loved our stay, especially the delicious breakfast and relaxing afternoon tea that felt like a real treat. There were great spa services and a lovely lounge to unwind in after a day out. Only downside was the wait at check-in, which didn't take away from our fantastic experience. 😊

We had such an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super attentive, even helping with our stroller. My little one got a fab gift of teddies and coloring books, which made her day. Breakfast was top notch. Only wish we had a bigger space for the afternoon tea instead of a foyer feel, but the service was still excellent.

Ideal choice for a city trip in London, really good value. The driver Luigi was fantastic, sharing interesting sights during our ride. Avoid peak breakfast hours to dodge long waits.
